Registration ISESSAH 2025 is NOW OPEN

We are pleased to offer an early bird fee of €450 for PhD, MSc, and BSc students and €500 for regular participants (available until 22 June). After 22 June, the regular participation fee is €500 for PhD, MSc, and BSc students and €550 for regular participants.

The registration fee includes the Welcome Reception on Tuesday and the Conference Dinner on Wednesday.

Please note that there is a maximum number of participants. Once this limit is reached, you will be automatically placed on a waiting list. Presenters are guaranteed a place if they register before 1 July.

We accept payments via IDEAL, BanContact, Mastercard and Visa. Any additional fees (e.g. bank charges) are at own expense. Payment by invoice is not possible.

If you need a letter of invitation for your visa application, please contact the ISESSAH 2025 Congress Secretariat: ISESSAH2025@uu.nl. Please note that a letter of invitation will only be sent after payment of the registration fee and will only mention the congress registrant not accompanying persons (if applicable).
